Goals For 2018

There is something about the start of a new year that inspires motivation for improvement. We all want a fresh start working towards our goals and acheiving our dreams. Our "Stardoll lives" are no exception. I've come up with a short list of my Stardoll goals for the year.

1) Manage my time better.

I can't tell you how many countless hours are spent aimlessly clicking around on Stardoll. I always log on with goals and plans then get distracted with broadcasts and "on a whim ideas". I will aim to spend my time on Stardoll better.

2) Clean The Closet.

Okay, I have over 300 pages of clothes in my Stardoll wardrobe which may seem awesome! But honestly it is mostly filled with outdated items and things I haven't and probably never will wear. In other words, my wardrobe is filled with potential money. I'll also minimize my collections.

3) Master Stardesign Hair.

While I enjoy being a Stardesign Interior designer, we all know the real money makers are the wig and lip designers. They can pull in hundreds of Stardollars a day with some designs. Not to mention it gives them notoriety helping them achieve other things such as Covergirl, MSW finalist, Design awards, and many other things.

4) Make More friends.

You'd think having been on Stardoll for over 7 years I would have made many friends by now. I have, but honestly most of them no longer play or we have become distant over the years. I vow to be a better Stardoll friend and to make new friends.

5) Buy more quality items.

I'm often quick to buy an item because it's a Hot Buy or Limited or currently "in" instead of weather or not I can style it. I look back on collections later and wonder why I had chosen certain items over others.

6) Keep my rooms decorated.

Being an Interior Desinger one of my favorite things about Stardoll is being able to decorate rooms. However not all of my rooms are decorated. I find that the dolls with completely decorated rooms seem more professional and well put together.

7) Dress to impress.

I am really bad about just dressing my doll in whatever. This year I plant to dress more creatively and break out of my comfort zones. What's the point of having a Stardoll account if you are just going to dress boring and safe?

8) Invest in Wigs.

We all know how expensive wigs can be. Especially the extravagant multi piece ones. I don't often drop several hundred sd on a wig, but when I do I find that it is usually well worth it. They are usually wigs I hang onto or can turn around and sell later for a decent profit.

9) Win More Trophies.

So I may be a little behind on the whole "trophy shelf" thing. Most of the trophies I have were earned unintentionally. I've learned you can tell a lot of a doll by the trophies she has won. So I will focus on collecting more of these.

10) Improve Social Status

There are so many usernames that have become legendary (PuppySasha34, CandyAlize & LadyFaun just to name a few) even well after the player is gone. Having a Stardoll blog makes this very important for me. I love to inspire and be inspired which is why I started a Stardoll Lifestyle Blog.
