Expat Stardoll Members

As you guys know I have been having a bit of trouble purchasing my membership over the past several months since I moved to Mexico. I couldn't find any info online of other people moving and having an issue with payments on their accounts.

I contacted Stardoll last week (Friday I believe) and asked them for help, telling them I had tried several different payment methods and nothing had worked. Over the weekend I was money to the states and had my brother pay for my account with his debit card to purchase a month of membership. It worked so I knew it had to be something with my location.

Today Stardoll sent a reply to my message confirming my suspicions.

For those of you who don't understand Spanish it basically reads: "We have changed your configuration to Mexico. When you move to another country, we must make this change manually so you can continue buying. In this way, the system is much safer for everyone :)Welcome to Mexico!Need help? Please visit the "HELP section" where you will find answers to many of your questions. Regards, Ana Assistance to the community."

When I sent the message I half expected to get the usual automated message telling me to look through the "Help section" for answers but was very glad to receive actual help!

I'm sharing this for the expats, exchange students and people visiting family over seas. That's all dolls, have a lovely Tuesday.
