Attack of the Ads

So I'm the last person to really complain about ads. Especially when it comes to free games. I like having the option to view a short advertisement as apposed to paying up my real dollars for game currency.

But let's get real a moment.

The ads have taken over. I can't tell you how many times I have mistakenly clicked on an ad to be redirected from the site before I could save all my designing, decorating and organizing. Not to mention the site just ins't pretty anymore. It's starting to resemble a spam site.

I didn't mind when that add bar at the top appeared a few years ago. Or when the second one on the right side came in. But for a whole stack of adds to just start popping up in my presentation, above my menu and on the left side that's ridiculous. ESPECIALLY since I pay monthly for a membership. Any other game you pay a membership for you don't need to see ads unless you want to. It seems everyone is getting a little money thirsty (how about Youtube adding in that second ad huh?) I understand this is a way for Stardoll to make money to better our gaming experience, but if I am paying them money I don't want to see their ads. Period. How are you guys holding up? Do you mind or not mind all the ads?
